Now there’s something you don’t see everyday. Developed by Leo Burnett, this melting man is the latest effort by the Red Cross of Argentina to raise awareness about climate change. Located in Buenos Aires’ Plaza Francia, this “half” man passes out fliers urging citizens to use public transportation, conserve water, reduce, reuse, recycle and to use energy-efficient appliances. The Argentinan Red Cross spends much of its budget in areas affected by natural disasters such as floods, droughts and storm; all of which, in large part, are caused by global warming. A highly creative and unique method to getting a point across, but one question – where is the other half of the man?
